Have you ever watched all the movies nominated for Best Picture? Me neither, but I've always wanted to. There is something about the Oscars that brings up visions of the glitz and glamour of old Hollywood. Each year I love seeing the dresses and watching the acceptance speeches even if I've only seen a few of the movies but this year Esposo and I have agreed to make it our mission (ok, full disclosure, it's more my mission and his willingness but that's ok too) to see all of the Best Picture Nominees before the Academy Awards. It seems like it will make watching the Oscars so much more exciting and suspenseful when you have people and movies to root for. We've only seen The Help (which was good but not even close to as good as the book if you ask me) so we've got 8 to go before February 26th, I see lots of movie watching in our future!
Do you have any favorites? Or Oscar predictions?
I'm so excited. There we so many good movies out this Oscar season wish I could see most of them before making decisions. I must say I always end up loving the pieces that have amazing costumes.

DeleteI'm not sure I have enough time either considering many of the movies are still in theaters but I'm going to try my darnest! We'll see how it goes!
